When printing the infoset in the debugger, it is possible that an element does not yet have a value. Trying to access the value of an element when it does not have one causes an exception to be thrown. This is necessary when for parse/unparse behavior, but makes debugging difficult. We should add some method so that we can print the infoset even if some elements to not have a value.
