Things we'll need to modify

• Modify Daffodil build to run 'sbt publishM2' to publish the Daffodil snapshot to a local maven repo (or 'sbt publish/publishSigned') to publish to the public nexus server
• Add a trigger to build the nar repo (make sure maven update looks to update snapshots, -U option should work?)
• Talk to Rob about getting the nar added as an artifact
