Main.scala appears to be passing the input filename as data to the Parser. Or at the very least, the parser is interpreting the file name as data. If you enable LogLevel.Debug for fillCharBufferMixedData, you'll see that the charbuffer represented by BEG_data_END actually contains "./test/testName.in" instead of the expected data values.
