nils are represented by an xsi:nil="true" attribute.

To make comparison results cleaner, we strip all attributes since DFDL doesn't use attributes... except for xsi:nil. Which we need to preserve.

Similarly, if we start embellishing the infoset with xsi:type we'll need to preserve that also.
