When the entire test suite is run, if dfdlPosition1 is set to run, scalarElements fails. However, if dfdlPosition1 is commented out, scalarElements passes as expected. When the Facets and Expressions tests are run independently, all of the tests pass. I've attached debugging output for scalarElements for both scenarios (test failing when all tests are run versus test passing when run independently).

I pushed up the expressions tests, but left dfdlPosition1 commented out so the test harness does not break.
