We need to revive the command line ability to run daffodil (which is an application of the Daffodil APIs), and provide for sbt to build the jars necessary for this to be a binary distributable.

It needs to have the options to specify a schema, or places to find schemas, the root element, and then take either a data file, or a list of data files.
