Daffodil injects this namespace, even though the schema doesn’t specify it.

This "No_Namespace" binding needs to be filtered out. It is our internal marker for the no-namespace situation. Note that the elements without prefixed names truly have to be in no namespace. Just stripping the xmlns="No_Namespace" attribute from the top-level output element won't be sufficient.
