In the "how to report a bug" and/or "how to ask a question" pages of the wiki, I want to put a link to a forum, or mailing list subscription page, so we can advise people exactly how to report/ask.

We need a mailing list or forum for users of daffodil, not developers.
This is so users can ask questions about daffodil, about DFDL generally, or can report bugs without having to be members of daffodil-dev or the dfdl-wg mailing list.

I suspect these oss.tresys.com mailing lists only accept postings from members, and I'm not sure we want users signing up for daffodil-dev, so if we go for a mailing list then a different mailing list, daffodil-support (or some appropriate name for users to ask questions, etc.) is the right thing.

If there is some alternative kind of forum system we can use (perhaps there is one that is part of the ncsa atlassian stuff?) that is better than just email that's fine too, I just want to be able to give people something they can interact with that isn't full of developer-centric traffic also.
