Our edit-compile-build cycle in Eclipse for Daffodil has gotten much too long.

It clearly affects my productivity dramatically, and it is much less fun too.

If we reorganize the source code into several distinct libraries with a minimum of inter-dependencies this will perhaps improve build time.
