This is similar to the original issue of DFDL-612 however that ticket got conveluted and during the troubleshooting another unrelated bug was interjected.

Here is this bug:

In a folder, named "root-dfdl", all tests run from SBT Command, will PASS.
However, that same repository cloned to a folder with a space in the name,
"root dfdl" will create 3 failure.

I have attached the results of two runs of daffodil-test; one with folder containing a space and the 2nd a folder with no space.
