Major The entire pcap directory in daffodil-perf is included in the released daffodil tar/zip. When running the tdml file using the pack files, all the profiling tests fail with the error:

So it looks like we have including the pcap schema using edu/illinois/ncsa/.... With the recent changes to how schemas are included, I think we should be able to get rid of the edu/illinois/ stuff and these tests should work outside of the daffodil repo.
