Currently we use ecgs-dev. Some time after the Earthcube All-Hands meeting, we need to set up another VM that's running now: ecgs. Need to do:

1. Set up nginx to reverse proxy Clowder, GSIS, Fuseki;
2. Install Geosemantic-integration-service as an upstart service;
3. Install Jena Fuseki as the RDF store for SMW;
4. Install Semantic Media Wiki, use Postgres as backend;
5. Install multiple extensions that Mostafa wanted (Semantic forms, ...);
6. Install the BMI service.
7. Other manual work that was done before on ecgs-dev:
   1. Import SKOS ontology, FOAF;
   2. add wiki pages for the SKOS properties;
   3. fix the MediaWiki on Postgres deletion bug, etc.
   4. ruiliu to: deploy the special Clowder build that has the Earthcube CSN auto-complete feature;
   5. mostafaelag to: re-add the content (templates, forms) into SMW, re-add the SMW extensions that he added;
   6. hsu.leslie to: re-upload the files/datasets into Clowder;
   7. ruiliu to: populate the 2500+ CSN wiki pages after Mostafa added the templates.
