Description:
When attempting to View Fragility of Buried Pipeline Fragilities v1.1, Asbestos-Cement Pipe, O'Rourke, T and Jeon (1999), Asbestos-Cement Pipe (1994), cm/s (24), the resultant Fragility Graph is incorrect.

Thoughts:
this may be because the LogTen[y] should be LogTen[x] instead
x is the Peak Ground Velocity and y is the diameter, the formula is correct as Log[y]
