There is a missing gear icon from the scenarios toolbar (see attached image). If you compare the attached image to this one, you can see the missing icon: https://wiki.ncsa.illinois.edu/download/attachments/6324817/gas_pipelines_2d.jpg?api=v2

It should bring up the execute analysis wizard, similar to when you right click on a project and select "Execute Analysis"

I suspect that the code for adding the icon to the UI is just broken or missing.
