We have an algorithm for picking two colors and generating number of colors between the upper and lower bound color. The problem with color brewer is we are limited to 9 classes of colors....things like social vulnerability that generate a decile ranking, we need 10 colors. The limitation of color brewer does not allow us to display all all 10 classes.
