SchemaCreateionException Error when ERGO needs a schema for any region of interest

      When there is any region of interest schema is needed, ERGO reports an error of

      20146 - [ERROR] [edu.illinois.ncsa.ergo.gis.SchemaProvider]: edu.illinois.ncsa.ergo.gis.exceptions.SchemaCreationException: Could not find schema regionOfInterest

      For example, when you select the region of interest boundary in creating new scenario, this error comes out.
