During execution, the Bridge Link Table Builder stops at 10% and displays an error. There are no messages in the Message Viewer. (The Network Bases Seismic Retrofit Analysis also fails at 90%, probably since there is no dataset for "Bridge-Road Link Relationship Table." There are no messages displayed for this failure, either.)
