Could not find schemar error when clicking analysis in Bridge damage

      There is an error message when Bridge Damage setting button is being clicked. It complains about there is no schema for bridgeFragilities.v1.0. This also happens in Bridge Retrofit Cost Estimation. Please see attached animated gif for better understanding.
