This is related to ERGO-189. The name of the the building damage data in the repository could be confusing and making errors in some analysis if they are selected. In Public Repo > Building > Building Damage ver 4 folder, there are four building damage data. None of them named very well. One of them, RES3, we could guess that it is related to Shelby county based on experience. However, the others are not very descriptive. Some of them are state of Illinois and some of them are duplicate. Cleaning up this data will avoid the future error like ERGO-189.
