This is related to ERGO-189. When the dataset is selected for building damage in Analysis > Decision Support > Building Decision Support Attributes, if the dataset is not overlaying with ROI, it throws an error. However, the user might not recognize this and execute the analysis making it stops at 90% with error. It could be better if the dataset is not matching with ROI, it gives a message in the dialog, the execute button still grayed out, and the pointer icon for data not provided not disappearing.
