There are already some pieces in place for creating a raster between special iterators and the simple raster iterator, we just need to generalize them. The simple raster iterator is for iterating over a raster and generating a new raster (similar to simple feature iterator), but we don't handle the case where we want to generate a raster based on provided min/max and spacing. In the case of the simple raster iterator, it will generate a raster of the same dimensions as the input. The scenario earthquake special iterator is close and has some pieces, but it handled a special case and does not support the general case using an analysis description and analysis task. Ideally, a user should be able to specify the attributes for generating the raster as well as inputs to the analysis task that will get automatically set (similar to simple feature iterator) and then be given each raster point to do something with (e.g. wind speed for tornado hazard).
