When the hazard set is added in the UI, it is possible to add multiple identical hazard set. This should be fixed so there should be only unique hazard in the selection. Otherwise, it might cause a problem when it is removed. For example, if there are two identical hazards in the selection, if the user remove one, ERGO would recognized both of them were removed, although there is one still left in the selection window.
