There are geotools dependencies in org.geotools14 (currently jars within the plugin) that are available in Eclipse Orbit. We should remove them from the geotools plugin. For example:

org.apache.commons.pool
org.slf4j-log4j

Any plugins that are in orbit should be removed from geotools.
