See the attached image. Simple style page shows up, but ranged/unique don't. This looks to be an issue with ModifyListener handling the combo box events. It was recommended to me previously by the SWT team to use addListener(SWT.Selection, addListener(...)) for combo boxes because of the way events get handled in linux vs windows/mac.
