Currently, "edit scenario" is not able to change the scenario name because it is deactivated to avoid the error. When the scenario name is changed before the scenario is realized, it deletes the old scenario and does not create the new scenario. Name change after the scenario realization make deletion of the old name scenario impossible because the old named scenario is tied to the object.
For example, there is a scenario named "Test". If you try to change the scenario name to "New_Test" by using 'edit scenario', if the scenario is not realized (not opened), it deletes the "Test.xml" and doesn't create "New_Test.xml". If the scenario is realized (opened), the new scenario "New_Test" will be generated as well as old scenario "Test", since it is not able to remove old scenario "Test" due to the connection to the object.
This should be somehow fixed to make the user change the name of the scenario after the creation of it.
