Currently, there is an error in geotools that it can't create SimpleFeatureIterator if there are too many table field. Check the current Shelby census block group and Social Vulnerability Dataset field definition if all the fields in the data definitions are being used. If not, omit some fields in both data field definition and actual data so the intersection: overlay analysis to work without simpleFeatureIterator error.
