There looks to be a JDT bug with Eclipse Neon that is fixed in a later version of buckminster that includes an updated JDT jar. When building with Neon with the old version there is an error duplicate methods named dispose in ComboFieldPopulator (one from LabelProvider, one from IStructuredContentProvider). This is fixed by upgrading buckminster. It will need to be upgraded on all build machines and in the bamboo build plan.
