Values are reported for the columns numpgvrpr, numpgdrpr, numrepairs despite having no hazard value or hazard type as shown below

Upon further investigation it's likely that the issues stems from not clearing the resultmap from the previous iteration in the BaseFeatureFragilityHazardTask. Fixing this should affect any analysis that extends from this analysis (e.g. Gas Pipeline Analysis)
