I think we discussed this briefly in the past, but there are places where copyrights can/should be added. For example, in features there is a specific field for copyright. We could also be putting copyright notices in classes, but what should this be? We are currently following this: https://www.mozilla.org/MPL/headers/

But, I wonder if for those developing at Illinois it should be modified to something like:
