With the recent change to add all the US states/counties, ERGO-55, the UI is slow to respond with the initial country selection (US). It takes about 45 seconds for the UI to respond and load the states/counties. We might need to add a progress indicator or busy indicator to notify the user that something is happening. After the initial load, it's much quicker.
