Building, bridge, pipeline fragilities, etc are all imported from a CSV file. We could create a tool within Ergo that steps the user through the process for the various fragility types or create a web form that does this and provides an option to export the fragilities for ingestion into Ergo. The former could add a step where a user could directly import the new fragilities, the later would have to export to CSV and then ingested into Ergo.
