GLM - 2017 November tasks
- for trends region map, the popup should be removed when user makes new selection.
- resetting the icons before making the calls to make it clear to the user that a new call is happening
- adding a spinner while making the call so that it's clear that if it's taking a long time the user should wait (the spinner should be generic so that it can be reused on other pages)
- the card for selecting parameters is wider than the one for selecting season
- it's not clear that the lists have more elements below on browsers that don't show the scroll bar by default (not sure how we can fix that)
