Per indiragp in Slack conversation:

• Can gltg take the task of removing using the “season” bins in the front-end? It looks like the front-end is still trying to get bins by season

• Also note that for GLM it still needs to be able to retrieve all seasons
• Yeah, I split the creation of the season bins into a different endpoint in the backend. It is in the latest develop in the backend.
• For normal sensors: you should not be able to get season as you zoom in / out. But if you are in an epa site in GLM, you still need to retrieve the season in some way.
