The SeaBird data is stored in .hex data, shown in the figure. The binary data can't not be parsed through normal way. A Seabird data process software can be downloaded from http://www.seabird.com/software/SBEDataProcforWindows.htm, which can convert the raw data. Also, an matlab program written by others is found, which might be helpful to parse the data.
