Explore Map Zoom Issues

      The Explore Map sometimes zooms too far out on load. 

      This situation does not occur on the Search Map. 

      For the User experience, the Explore Map on load should perform more similar to the Search Map.

      Bonus: Detail Page Map should not zoom out as much as it does.
