new new dashboard slider is not always visible, please see gif below:

When I load the page (not using external monitors on my 15'' mac) I can't see the slider. When I click on a year and then press tab, the slider is visible and I can select it. Once I release the slider, it is no longer visible and I can't see it, nor interact, with it.
