We have decided to create a collapsible "tree" of Parameters on the Search page as a way to group parameters by categories, or their meaningful use.

The categories of the parameters have been provided by EPA and will be statically typed into the application, for now. As this gets implemented, I will be thinking about ways that a user of the site could manage these in the future; some kind of dashboard, login, etc.
