Geodashboard is in need of a couple features to speed up loading of the interface.

1. /parameters/ - list all parameters (ie: Chlorophyll-a, etc.)
2. /parameters/:name - list all sensors (sites) that have the provided parameter (:name)

I imagine there are more things we could do, but those would get us started.
