Refinement of the charts to make them easier to read:

1. remove every other label on both x and y axis
2. add very light horizontal rules in chart (see comp specs)
3. add horizontal rule at the top of the chart (see comp)
4. add background color to graph (see comp for specifications)
5. move the title above chart and use full name of parameter
6.Decrease font size of labels (see comp)
7. Add season/year to chart rollover/tooltip
