EPA would like a way to capture a graph from the dashboard to be included in a presentation or report.

• in v1.0 we need to determine if there is a way to define each graphic as a separate entity in Javascript and determine if we screen capture that specific graphic as a gif, jpg, png, etc..
• determine if there is a JS library or browser feature we can leverage to capture the target graphic in memory (ctrl+c, alt-prtScn) so the user can paste (ctrl+v) into a word doc, ppt, etc..

In version 2.0 we're enabling the user to download target data in a variety of formats from raw csv, graphs, etc.. GEO-43, GEO-44
