      when deploying medici on seagrant update the database using the following commands (see MMDB-1653)

      alter table sensors alter column created type timestamp with time zone;
      		 
      alter table streams alter column created type timestamp with time zone;
      		 
      alter table datapoints add column created timestamp with time zone;
