1) Remove Month reference from Historical graph
The month reference on the x-axis, e.g. Spring Data, Dec 2008, is confusing and we've been asked to remove the month reference so only the year will display for the data reference.

2) Add a visual indicator (dot or box) to the locations along the line graph that contain data. We can typically see the based on graph peaks but there are some flat line graphs which will be easier to see that there is available data. If this is not easily accomplished, then let's add this to the refactoring effort for v2.0.
