While running parsers, posting to api started failing. Running /cache/invalidated errored out. In the clowder/cache directory, the number of files was large enough (forgot to do a count) that rm * complained that the file list was to long. After clearing the directory, running /cache/invalidate, and restarting clowder, behavior returned to normal
