No one knows where the time control lives in the CORE for GEOD and how it is implemented across the projects.

This task is to perform the following:

• Discover where time configuration lives in CORE
• Determine how this will impact parsing scripts for projects
• Investigate if there are any changes that are needed within the individual project code

Write summary of what is involved and determine if it can be done by 1 programmer relatively easily/simply OR does a CORE change need performed and then individual tasks created to replicate required changes across the projects.

Hopefully the time management will be relatively easy to find and manage in the core.
