Talked with Ted this morning and here is the use case they would like:

• For all files, require a username and password.
• All files should be read only. It is on the roadmap that they will be editable by certain users, but for now, they want them read-only until they decide how they will structure their QAQC.
• The data files should be placed inside a sensor directory. IE:
  /greon-01
  /greon-02, etc...
• Create four user accounts. For now, all accounts will be able to access all directories, but they would like to control this so that a user could only have access to certain sensor directories in the future. User accounts should be named with this schema: (ORGANIZATION_USER'S LAST NAME). Ted asked for these three to start:
• ngrrecadmin
• mdcherzog
• usgshouser

And I'd suggest we create one for us to use in scripts and among our team:

• ncsaadmin

Data files aren't currently in directories by sensor. The original files live on gltg.ncsa.illinois.edu:/var/opt/CampbellSci/LoggerNet
