Explore ways to prime the cache.

We experienced errors yesterday when visiting a page that received a 504 error or a timeout. What happens is postgres takes a long time to return results. NGINX times out, and Play caches the empty response. Future visits to that page, URL or endpoint will just return the cached empty response.

By priming the cache on the server, we'll hopefully get a response quicker. I'm exploring our options.
