When I go to simply look at the various parameters for a single site, I get much more complete picture of the data than when I use the compare tool. For example (see attached with screenshots), when comparing USGS sites 706 and 807 for Nitrate, discharge and cumulative nitrate, I see the graphs shown on page one of the attachment. I have to open each site up in a different window in order to “compare” them side-by-side this way, but this shows you how the data look when you pull up a single site. However, when using the compare tool to compare cumulative load or discharge, for example, most data points are missing, so this is very misleading. See the attached screenshots of what’s coming up when you do this both ways. Is this a bug in the current system? (Known or not.)
