Under “Explore Layers,” for “EPA Impaired Stream Segments,” we need to reference what year (“cycle”) of report this layer is from.  2016?  2014?  Other?

Discuss during a Thursday team meeting. Preliminary thought is, yes, we need to add year(s), when we re-do layer we should add.
