Background:

Based on Reid's note: just talking with some Iowa State University folks last Friday and they alerted me to these data getting posted online. The best part of the Iowa effort (though they are only about ½ to 2/3 done) is they are making these data available at the HUC 12 scale.
Is this data - a layer - etc. need to define how to visualize - will continue to grow - what they have will be static ... will continue to add to it
