This was reported by Gregg Good (tho Shannon seems to remember discussion about this somewhere?  I can't find it in the ILNLRS comments)

Downloads not working?

Need to investigate and confirm - known issues with:

• dataset too large
• selected parameters do not generate a set to download
• etc.

Right now (shannon) doesn't believe we have any error checking and notices that download failed?
